Many people these days ask themselves what is Cinco de Mayo.Let me tell you a little bit about what The May of 5
th (Cinco de mayo) is about. Cinco de Mayo is a holiday Mexican culture takes serious. It is the day
Mexico celebrates it independence form
Spain. Mexicans are truly festive: they go around that day celebration and feeling proud of what their country has achieved through out the years. Among the celebration it is a time to remember what our ancestors had to go through fighting the war, because of them we are here today, because of their bravery we are free.
As we roam the streets that day we will hear people holler, “Viva
Mexico” and they will wave their flags with such Joy and full of Proud, “Viva
Mexico”
